Transgender Texans Can No Longer Change Some Legal Documents

The transgender movement has made huge strides in the state of Texas over the last couple of years. Texas has been one of the biggest targets of indoctrination camps within all the major cities. The insanity that has been shown by the drag queen and transgender communities is in full force with “family-friendly” drag shows still popping up all over the state. The state health agency just made a major policy change no longer allowing transgenders to change their gender on their birth certificates. 

The new policy is a major victory for sanity. The only way someone can change their birth certificate now is if an error from the hospital is made. The state health agency also removed the option on its website that allows people to submit a court-ordered change. This takes away the power from potentially corrupt courts to sneak around the new policy. The spokesperson of DSHS also reportedly said that they would be working with the Office of the Attorney General to determine what they should and should not allow.

The Office of the Attorney General, Ken Paxton, has played a vital role in ensuring Texas is the best state in the nation for the family unit. Paxton has taken charge of many issues regarding the family unit and has put up fights against federal courts with issues like “family-friendly” drag shows and hyper-sexual books in public school libraries. Paxton has also been one of the most if not the most pro-life Attorney General any state has ever seen. 

The transgender movement has made its indoctrination attempts very clear. Whether it be transgender teachers telling children about their transgender experiences or books that promote the subject, children are clearly their target. The LGBTQ movement knows that if they can convince the next generation that boys can be girls and girls can be boys they could slip anything into their minds. This policy solidifies Texas’ position that we will not play into their insanity. Texans don’t want the indoctrination in schools or state agencies.

Overall this policy makes our position as a state firm in being the most pro-family. We will not give in to the radical LGBTQ movement’s plans to use the LGBTQ movement to sexualize children. You can never truly change your gender, that is a lie crafted by satan. We are glad that state agencies in Texas are taking a stand for truth and not giving in to the insanity of the anti-family left. You were born with a gender and that gender goes on your birth certificate. You cannot simply change the way you were born with a letter from a court.
